We want to create a learning environment that presents educational alternatives to the young men in the program. We will take the initiative in teaching Hands-on skills and vocational trades and training that they’ll be able to use for life – not to mention opening their minds to all the different possibilities available to them for the taking. Our program is dedicated to using all of our resources to aid in the progress and success of the mentees. In all that we do – our goal is to leave a positive impact on the leaders of tomorrow and give them a head-start.

Mission
Our program goes beyond teaching basic skills—we aim to build integrity, honor, and respect in young men, preparing them to confidently face life’s challenges. Today, 24% of youth nationwide face trouble or incarceration, often due to lack of support, motivation, or mental health struggles. Without essential skills, many turn to harmful paths, risking their futures and lives. We’re here to change that.
